Just as our earth is complex, our atmosphere is doubly so. The shifting of moisture, heat, clouds, and dust makes for a dazzling dance that is ever moving, and changing. I love to fly, and look out the window at this complex layer of light, and energy, interacting. It's the best movie ever made. At the top of this painting there is an arc of 23k gold. The work is done in oil, on prepared paper with a black ground. The image is 18" diameter.
