Our world is unpredictable. We strive for the opposite: a sense of certainty, knowing what we can expect of circumstances. The truth is, our world is aleatory, built on chance, a result of sometimes accidental causes. This painting explores that idea: the energy emanating from a blooming rose creates waves of influence, and an aleatory uncertainty.
