Here is another portal. yet another way to escape. The work I do is symbolic to my life. I believe we can meditate on having a better life, that we can manifest our own reality if we really want it badly enough and are good people. My mom always say, "el que hace bien, le va bien" It means, "things go well for those that do good" I'm trying to symbolically paint my own escape from my circumstances. I do it not just for a better future for myself but also for my mother. The steps at the bottom lead to the white door at the top, but once you get close enough to see the finish line, you see that the path is not what it seems. There are many ups and downs before you can reach the end, and you cannot under any circumstance fall off the path or you will fade into the darkness. This is how I feel about my entire life. It's just such a long battle just to get close to something great, but the reality is for me that everything is just so hard. But that's life. My situation is not unique and things could be far worse. You just gotta suck it up and power through.
